Can people residing outside of Canada use your services?
Absolutely! We are happy to assist all travlers, near and far!
How much notice do you need to plan my trip?
Ideally, we ask for 8 weeks notice but this can vary depending location and length of time abroad.
What do you charge?
For custom vacation planning, the charge is $45 per night you are away from home. You can contact us here, and we can provide a quote. You can also check out our Concierge Packages and the Key to the City libary which vary in price.
Do you require a deposit?
Before we will begin planning your trip, we do require payment in full. We accept Visa/Mastercard, Paypal, or E-Transfer.
How do I start working with you?
What if I have ideas, can we chat about them?
Of course! We are more than happy to discuss your ideas or factor in any plans you've already made for your trip. We want this to be the trip of a lifetime for you so we would love to hear your input.
Do you accommodate special occasions?
We sure do! We can help plan your trip around any special occasion you want to celebrate.
Are there any limitations on where we can go?
Absoltuely not! You say the place, we do the planning! We do stress though, that you do your research on the safety of your destination and ensure you are making an informed decision.
How do I receive a copy of my itinerary?
You will be provided with a downloadable PDF version of your itinerary, sent to your email. I can also provide the Google Drive link if that suits you better.
Are the Concierge Packages customizeable?
If you are wanting to make any modifcations or customizations to one of our Concierge Packages, it is absolutely doable. There may be an additional charge, depending on the changes. Please reach out to us, we are happy to discuss it.
There is a government advisory regarding travel, should I still go?
The decision to travel is completely your own. Of course, Plan My Trip will always advise that you follow any government travel advisories. We are happy to work with you to plan your next vacation but when and if you decide to travel, that is beyond our control.
